Would you mind sharing your solution or workaround to the background image not loading? I currently have to deactivate the lightspeed cache plugin, then I’m able to generate the voucher background image. Thanks

It says problem resolved? Was it actually resolved or was it resolved from the point of view that emailing the developer is the resolution?

I have the same issue with the plugin “Image not found or type unknown”. It appears to be conflicting with my caching plugin (lightspeed Cache). WHenever deactivate it I’m able to manually generate the voucher with the background image. What setting do I need to change in Lightspeed Cache so that the PDF voucher is able to generate the background image. Everything else works though.

I experience the same error…If you delete your .htaccess file it should resolve the issue. I also un installed the plugin the re sinstalled. Hope that helps

I’m not able to get this plugin to work with my Bitnami install. When I click on Templates there is no thumbnail, just a link of the local install to my C drive (C:\Users\name\Documents\BitNami – local\apps\wordpress\htdocs\wp-content\plugins\landing-pages\templates)?

Any reason for this to be happening?
Is Landing Page not compatible with Bitnami?
I’m unable to provide a link to my site due to it being a local install

Any help would be tremendously appreciated
