It does collect user’s IP address, but you can easily disable this on the plugin’s settings page.

Sorry for the confusion. To clarify this:

1. There is no option to send attachments on both versions, because attachments often lead to a bad sender reputation on behalf of your email provider
2. We currently do not have this on our development roadmap
