I have tried every combination suggested. The user is still unable to receive the auto response emails while as an Admin I am able to receive the email notification. How can be the system half functional?

Not sure but I have also observed a little lag in the processing of FORM after pressing the submit button. Not a coder but can it be due to the recent PHP update I did it to my website, as required by WordPress.

All of my Forms across the website are unable to send an auto response to the user. Please suggest.

Thanks for the reply. I am receiving the submission emails. Also I tried changing the email address in the field of email to user but still haven’t received any auto response email.

All settings are same as before, nothing have changed. The user receives the auto response email without wait. But now there’s an issue.

P.S: This issue is not just with this Form but all the other forms embedded on the website that are powered by the plugin

Thank you for the quick reply. I think i resolved the issue. I am using EDD (Easy Digital Download plugin). The contact information was stored under payment history. You can close the ticket.
