thank you for the prompt reply, it seems that the products were changed to draft status in woocommerce but they weren’t removed from facebook. Facecbook just displays “Product unavailable. View more from this shop.” but the product is still visible.
What happens to draft products, how should the integration handle them?

Are there any known issues why your plugin skips invoice numbers and is there a fix in place or something to try?
Hello any ideas on this one? we are stuck on searching and no resolution. If we cant connect it this means we have to build at least 10 eshops again. Please help @feglnoxfgqrajeq @johndcoy
I have even tried to follow the suggestion of the post and download this plugin but it still doesnt work. There are also suggestions of going into the wp-options in the database and delete some values but there are no values visible.

Hello @johndcoy, @feglnoxfgqrajeq raises a very serious point and hopefully there is a way around it. Is it true that we there is no way to connect it now that the second clone is online?

I am not very knowledgable with db queries but i will try and if i find something i will post it here.
Since what you are suggesting is a potential solution, it is up to you if you want to mark the ticket a sclosed

it would be great if there was an option i am sure many people will have that issue.not sure how all the products are by default set to not show in the catalog.

i have checked facebook and it shows the connection and also in the options of the plugin it shows the catalogue number and pixel.
what can i do to fix it? your help is much appreciated.
