When I deactivate “PageBuilder by Pace Themes”, the footer and last section look great. However, it makes all 5 sections of my homepage shrink so that they are no longer the width of the homepage and there is instead a white space on both sides of the sections. Is there any other way to fix the footer?

Where do I paste the CSS code you gave me? I am using one of the page/pace builders so I didn’t know where I could put coding. Sorry, I’m totally new to WP.

I will try deactiving/reactivating plugins to see if I can fix the bottom/footer of the homepage.

Ok, switching over to default fixed EVERYTHING. Thank you soooooo much.

I was able to find the page options section, but didn’t see anything labeled ‘default’ under the layout settings section. I see two little icons, they are like blank screens, one is white that fades into gray, and the other is white and gray with a line in between. They don’t ‘say’ anything if you hover over them.

I tried using each of them and updating, but it didn’t seem to change anything and I still do not have a menu on my homepage.

What else should I try?

Ok, I deactivated everything and added them back, one at a time. You are right-it is a plugin issue.

PageBuilder by PaceThemes and PageBuilder by SiteOrigin *both* (individually) take away the menu. My problem now is that I need at least one of them (maybe both, I don’t know) to set up my homepage the way I want. Any more suggestions?

I tried the “create a new menu” and checking the primary menu box, but it is still not working.

Total noob here….how do I go about deactivating plugins?
