In reply to: Attachment display settings missingIm afraid of disabling the visual Portfolio plugin because I don’t know if that causes all of the data created with it to be lost.
I’m assuming Visual Portfolio isn’t the problem since my understanding is attachment display settings is a base WordPress thing. If it is missing from WordPress, visual Portfolio can’t pull the information to create the links in galleries.
Also the issue exists for single images added to blogs. I can’t have a clickable link on an image right now without manually adding it with hypertext. My understanding is the base install of WordPress should allow that.

In reply to: Attachment display settings missingAfter I posted I saw that some of the old blog posts still have working links when the picture is posted individually, though I can’t recreate them if I try. The links in the galleries made with Visual Porfolio don’t work anymore though.
I would like pictures to work like they do in this post https://activelifephotography.com/pictured-rocks-photography-trip/ I can’t do this anymore since the Attachment Display Settings area is missing.

In reply to: Attachment Display Settings missing in Media GalleryI’m having a similar problem. I’m using the fotography theme. It has been a few months since I did anything with my webpage. Now all the links I had setup are gone and I don’t have the attachment display settings for media.
Did you figure out a solution?

In reply to: [FotoGraphy] Top menu scrolls off screenUsing this css mentioned above to pin the header to the top causes the Title Heading of blog posts to not be visible. It appears to be hidden behind the pinned header on PCs.

In reply to: Image Custom URL not working after update to WordPress 5.3Thanks Joy. You are correct. The functionality has moved to the toolbar above the image.
I have not figured out how to not have a sidebar.

In reply to: [FotoGraphy] Full width PageDisregard request above.
I got what I wanted with this:
.page-template-full_width_gallery .content-area {
max-width: 95vw !important;
width: 95vw;
position: relative;
left: 50%;
right: 50%;
margin-left: -47.5vw;
margin-right: -47.5vw;
margin-top: 80px;

I tried following this https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-themes/create-custom-single-post-templates-for-specific-posts-or-sections-in-wordpress/ per the link above.
I get an attribute in my posts to change the template, but the attribute option doesn’t exist in the Portfolio item.This is similar to how in a post I have the option to change sidebar layouts, but in Portfolio Items this option doesn’t exist.
That worked. Thank you.
Alternatively, if the portfolio has Image content, is there a way I can assign a custom URL to each image?
What I want to have happen is I can order the images however I want and when a user clicks on the image they are taken to a webpage of my choosing.
I believe I have the issue of images not showing on the homepage gallery partially resolved, but not the others.
