There are no directories in Cyrillic in the system, all directories are in Latin letters. And in the link Russian letters. There are Russian letters in your link. They cannot be.
Plus, brackets, quotation marks, etc.

Switch to Russian and immediately get these links.

If the site is switched to English, then the links are correct.
But, none of us speaks English. All students speak their native Russian.
