Many thanks and I wish you a great day ahead.
Hey @alexcph,
Sorry for the confusion here. For the Feeds for Youtube, you can only clear the Youtube posts, which can be found by going to Feeds for YouTube > Customize > Local storage process > Clear Youtube Posts. Once again, sorry for any inconvenience our mistake might have caused you.
In your case, should you not see any changes right away, please clear your website and browser’s cache.
Please let me know how I can assist you with any other questions.
Best regards.Hey @alexcph,
Thank you for reaching out for assistance. It seems to be a conflict with the page builder and some CSS rules. Could you please try to add the following CSS to see if it helps? Please add this by going to your WordPress Dashboard > Feeds for YouTube > Customize > Custom Code Snippets > Copy the CSS snippet below into the Custom CSS box, then save the changes.
.vc_row:after, .vc_row:before { content: unset !important; }
After this, I would recommend your clear the plugin’s cache by clicking the buttons “Reset Resized Images” and “Clear Backup/Permanent Caches” also found under the Customize > Misc.
If you still have issues after this, please reach out to us via the support form on our website here for further assistance, and send the System Info from the plugin’s Support tab.
Let me know if you have any further questions.
Best regards.Hey @macpheek,
Thank you for reaching out for assistance. I would recommend you reconnect your sources, by going to your WordPress Dashboard > Facebook Feed > Settings > General > Manage Source > then, remove your current source by clicking the trash icon. After this, in this same area click the “Add Source” button and go through the connection process again and click “Save changes”.
Should you still have issues after this, please send a support request via our website here, including the System Info. To obtain this information, go to your WordPress Dashboard > Facebook Feed and click on the “Help” button in the upper right corner of the page. This takes you to our Support page
Best regards.

In reply to: [Smash Balloon Social Photo Feed – Easy Social Feeds Plugin] Feed not updatedHey @kare93,
Thank you for reaching out for assistance. Looking into your issue here, I can see that the latest posts are IGTV posts. Due to how the Instagram API works, IGTV videos are only available for Instagram Business profiles, so the Instagram account you have connected in the plugin to display your feed must be a “Business” profile. When creating an IGTV post, make sure to leave the setting labeled “Post a Preview” enabled so that it is posted to your feed. Otherwise, it won’t be available in the Instagram API and can’t be displayed in the feed on your WordPress site. This guide provides more information regarding how to display the IGTV posts on your feed.
Let me know if you have any further questions.

Hey @derherrmeier,
Thank you for reaching out for assistance. Looking into your issue, it seems to be a conflict with Shortpixel, not Autoptimize. I suggest you enable the following option by going to Instagram Feed > Customize > Misc > Disable JS Image Loading. Then, in the same area, clear the plugin’s cache by clicking on the buttons “Reset Resized Images” and “Clear Backup/Permanent Caches.”
Should you not see any changes right away, please clear your website and browser’s cache. If this does not help, please reach out to us via the support form on our website here for further assistance, including the System Info from the plugin’s Support tab.

Best regards.Hey @snopkowsky,
Thank you for reaching out for assistance. Looking into your issue, I can see that your server may have restrictions or security settings to prevent connecting to the Instagram API – which is the “cURL error 28” you see. I would recommend contacting your hosting provider and mentioning that you see this error when trying to connect to the Instagram “API: http_request_failed – cURL error 28: Failed to connect to graph.facebook.com port 443: Connection timed out'”
If the case is that they are blocking access, please request that they allow access from your site to graph.facebook.com, graph.instagram.com, and api.instagram.com.
An alternative solution is to try connecting as a “Business” account by following these instructions.
If you have any further questions, feel free to contact me.
Best regards.Hey @erikture,
Thank you for reaching out to us for assistance. I am sorry to hear you are having issues like these. Instagram controls whether or not an access token becomes invalidated and it does not only relate to the password but any security change or Instagram identifying security issues. Unfortunately, we have no control over this.
I would suggest you try to connect your account as a Business account following the steps provided in this guide. If this does not help, please reach out to us via the support form on our website here for further assistance, including the System Info from the plugin’s Support tab.
Let me know if you have any further questions.
Best regards.
Hey @vicentsalvador92,
It is my pleasure to help you! Without the manual connection, the artists will need to access your WordPress admin page and connect to Instagram by clicking the “Connect an Instagram Account” button. Still, for security reasons, it is not recommended. Unfortunately, it is not possible to automatically connect the Instagram Account to the plugin using an external tool such as a form.
Another suggestion would be instead of connecting each artist account, use a unique hashtag such as #marketplaceartistname that you can then display on their specific pages hashtag feed. You can check here how the hashtag feed works.
If you have any further questions, feel free to contact me.
Best regards.Hey @vicentsalvador92,
Thank you for reaching out with your question and for your kind words. In order to display any specif user, you will need to connect their accounts in the settings for the plugin. This would mean that either each artist themselves needs to access the plugin’s settings (which we do not recommend) or they can send you their Access Token and ID. Someone can send you their Access Token, and you can then connect their account in the plugin manually. You can follow this guide to generate the Access Token and ID.
Let me know if you need further guidance as I am happy to help.
Best regards.Hey @xerman,
Thank you for reaching out to us for assistance. The free version of the Twitter Feed plugin does not have the feature to display images and videos. This is only available in the Pro version of our plugin. However, you should be able to display the profile image. Could you please provide us the link to your website directly? If that is not possible, would it be possible for you to send us a support request on our site, including your System Info from the plugin’s support tab? It will help us to troubleshoot the issue. Here is the link:
