I did not wanted to have a cronjob cause its resources intensive.

What I added and its quite better ( but not 100% )

Go to PMP settings- > Discord Settings -> Advanced

How many times a failed API call should get re-try -> 20
Set job queue concurrency -> 1
Set job queue batch size -> 1

Yeah I still have that. I have 120 users now but this is happening even when I had 30.

It’s been 1 week and 2 days… Any update?

Its happening out of the blue.

Hello @vanbom Any update on the matter? Yesterday 2 new members joined and the plugin did not give them their discord Role. I had to do it manually.

But shouldn’t be there a message from your side when “connect with discord” fails to show a message or something?

hey there Younes,

I can’t really get how is this a solution. User have already connected with discord and it’s mandatory upon signup or purchase of membership to connect with discord.
Thus, Users one member list always have their discord connected.

I see a lot of users have the same issue.

Maybe a cronjob would help to check every 5 minutes or so? Is it gonna be very intensive for my server?

I confirm that on checkout when I press to proceed i got the error message that I mentioned.

Well you could advice me on that if you want. I want thinking for WooCommerce since it has more payment gateways to be honest ( I wannna Add crypto payments, apple pay etc )
But just want to confirm on that that with PMP and WooCommerce for payment will the montly subscriptions will work?

Thank you for getting back to me.

I was trying to implement this but I need some info from Paid Membership Pro to Discord that I dont know how to get them. My sudo-algorithm is the following.

1) User registers through with Discord Auth.
2) Fetch the PMP user_id
3) From this user_id fetch user_info to check the discord name
4) Use discord API to find the assigned discord role
5) Make change on PMP user role based on discord role.

So I would need your assistance to retrieve that data for steps 2 and 3
