Go to Dashboard -> Theme Options-> General Settings

Turn ON………….
Enable Fixed Layout
Check to enable fixed layout.
(i.e. Disable responsive layout)

Even though it clearly says disable responsive.

Turn OFF…………………
Enable Boxed Layout
Switch on to enable boxed layout.

I contacted support and this is the instructions they gave me.

do you just add the custom css code inside the editor at the end?
If I have to ask this maybe I shouldnt be doing it. ??

Where do you go to set the main header so it shows on a mobile device?

Are you paying attention when you upload your image if its set to crop your picture you have to unclick that every time in the header. Assuming you have the correct img size for your slider, do you have full width checked for your site? I dont remember where its at maybe in theme options – general, but it could be that.

I was just able to fix mine. It was a plugin that did not agree with the new upgrade. You have to deactivate all and see if it is working correctly then. Then try to replace each one until you see which one is causing the conflict. Good Luck!

I did all that yesterday and nothing changed, however, I got up this morning and all is working. Sometimes I guess it just takes time for the changes to take affect.

you would think when people are complaining of this same issue two weeks ago wordpress would create a fix for the bug.

having same issues will deactivate a plug in installed today too
