I have sent you a few emails explaining the details of the issue and two temporary logins, (the first one expired) and haven’t heard back from you.
Same issue here on our nonprofit page. Posted a #GivingTuesday post and it didn’t even make it to the Queue, nor was even listed in the queue. If you need to get the post out, you could copy and paste it into a broadcast and send. With tomorrow Dec, 3 being GivingTuesday, the post needed to go out tonight. I sent a message via the Help/Contact form.

Thank you for the reply. The Subscribe2 that I had before was installed and set up by a web designer, who has disappeared. Is it easy to set up by someone like me who isn’t proficient in this kind of stuff, and can I explore and set the settings without having to activate it first? Last but not least, I assume I can export my current subscriber list somehow and import it somehow into Subscribe2? I am just not happy with what we have on our nonprofit site but I don’t want to screw things up.
I notice that the zip file is 1.15.5, not 1.15.3 as I stated above.
Thank you for your reply, David. I did manually download the copy, but it is 1.15.3. That is ok, yes? We will see what the next scan reveals. How do you know if it is actually a false positive or if it is malicious? Should I change from a High Sensitivity scan to the standard scan? Happy Thanksgiving!
The plugin says that I have the latest version installed. Version: 3.5.13.
Icegram, there was an update for the plugin the other day. I unstalled the update, and did a couple of test and I am happy to say that it not works without the “Oops there was a problem…” message. Whatever the update did, I am grateful. Thank you!
Did some more test with deactivation and activation of plugins and still get the same “Oop, an unexpected error……” still comes up with clicking on the link below. Even after installing your new update. However, the subscription was confirmed and added to subscriber list.
It happens using FireFox too. I get ” Oops.. We are getting some technical error. Please try again or contact admin.” when clicking on the link in the confirmation email.
After setting up the plugin, I did a test subcription and get the same message when I click on the confirmation link.
