ok. I got a friend to help me. and we went by your old instructions to replac the code. I installed that code into the backup files and the site is fixed. they also told me that I need a child theme so updates wont break my website. Word Press has a one button child theme plugin should I install that?

thank you BTW for putting up with me. I am really new to this. now I have to solve how to update in the future. Or never ever update ??

I am restoring the backup. I just need to know how to fix the photos.

I updated the theme you told me to and it has ruined my website. Its terrible. this is the worst thing that has ever happened. every page is screwed up-. this is terrible how do I get my website up updated!

I dont know how to do this? where is this code found in the word press to change? am I downloading something? or just replacing the line with revised code?

I also want to note – I can see the full gallery and images correctly on the posting page… but it doesnt show correctly after I update to others.

yes. I have done that. added the gallery correctly using the add media button… but it only shows up as html. I updated to the new update and can not see the gallery. can you at least look at the link I sent last time.

and you you explain the difference between what a skin is and does? I have turned it on and off and see no difference?
