I need to find out how or where they are coming from.? I can’t cite specific examples. It was always most or all of the questions that were affected.? I know the quiz bank never worked correctly for us until I made the change I outlined in the original comment.? The template may add the leading/trailing spaces to the user-selected answer. I don’t know why it only affects us, but I’ll continue investigating. I assumed my suggested change could only help. I don’t know how trimming the answers could affect others adversely, but maybe you do.
