In reply to: [User Switching] First name, Last name and E-mail not filledHi John,
I usually go to the users list in the admin and search for the customer. Then I click on ‘Switch to’ (https://prnt.sc/Wnr3_xHOBGcI). After that the ‘my account’ page of this customer will be opened (https://prnt.sc/0M6moAp7k5vN). I search for products to add en than I go to the checkout.
Hope this helps.
Hi Harish,
We are using version 4.8.1 and premium version 4.8.10.

In reply to: [Fix Event Calendar Caching] Fatal error when trying to activate pluginHi infprt,
Found the solution! It was another event plugin that was causing the problem. Now it’s running smooth.
Thank you!

In reply to: [Fix Event Calendar Caching] Fatal error when trying to activate pluginWoow! Thank you for the great job you did ??
I think that I have tot be positive about the load time of the website. The only thing that bothers me is the event detail pages are not working anymore. I get 404s (with the sheep ?? ) all the time. Any idea why?Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Fix Event Calendar Caching] Fatal error when trying to activate pluginMaybe you can have a look at: https://pgzeewolde.nl/ ? I would really appriciate that.
I have tried almost everything to get the load time acceptable.

In reply to: [Fix Event Calendar Caching] Fatal error when trying to activate pluginHi infprt,
Thank you! The plugin is running now. However I did not found any speed progress. These two queries still consume a lot loading time:

In reply to: [Fix Event Calendar Caching] Fatal error when trying to activate pluginAnyone please?
Update:
I changed two things on the feed that was giving the SSL error:
– Unchecked: Display returning events
– Put in l d F with the Data format field.Now it’s running smoothly!
Hi Nicks,
The strange thing is that calendar feed 1 is working correctly, while calendar feed 2 doesn’t. The both got the same settings @ Google and in the plugin.
I activated the default WordPress theme but still: “SSL read: error:00000000:lib(0):func(0):reason(0), errno 0 Please ensure your calendar ID is correct.” showed up within the widget and on the agenda page. On both places the only 1 of the 2 calendar feeds shows up.
Tried to disable all the plugins but it didn’t make any change.
I updated the plugin from 2.1.6 to 2.1.7 but it doesn’t seem to solve the problem.
Hi Nick,
I can’t change the “resolved” status anymore. At one day it all seems to work…but then:
This is strange – everything was running smoothly…
The only thing that was left to modify was the date format in PHP. The field was empty and I put in “l j F” and than saved. I refreshed my website:
“SSL read: error:00000000:lib(0):func(0):reason(0), errno 0 Please ensure your calendar ID is correct.”
Pffffew..I am lost..
Hi Aparente001,
Do you need more information to come to a solution?
I have checked this and it seems properly filled out within the widget (3728,3716).
I also made a page: https://pgzeewolde.nl/agenda/ with the following shortcode: [gcal id=”3728, 3716″]
On the right in the widget “Kerkdiensten & Activiteiten” on https://www.pgzeewolde.nl. Now only the Activiteiten agenda is visible, the Kerkdiensten agenda feed items are not visible.
