Ok, my bad, I understood that if I want to change a string in the meta_key _messages in wp_postmeta for example I also have to pay attention to the number of characters of the new string, meaning s:6:”Thanks” must be changed to s:9:”Thank you”

I have another question, I need to order posts in a layout through a meta key. I managed to do it by toggling Use S&F in the layout settings and creating a search form that orders through this meta key (even if I don’t use a filter on this layout).

It is a bit of a tweak. I see that in a forum post you suggest using the filter query_args, is it preferable in terms of performance?

Actually there is no problem, I was told yesterday by Stripe suppport this is the normal behavior, the “failed payment” is only visible in “events and logs” and only indicates that the authentication was required. The payment was eventually successful.

Actually I realized that some redirections work. And others don’t.
It seems the redirections that don’t work concern products created with Woocommerce or events|organizers|pages created with The Events Calendar plugin.
For these posts slugs are rewritten in French: a Woocommerce /product/post is renamed /produit/post; a The Events Calendar calendar page /agenda/page is renamed /planning-stage-cours/page.
For example
Could this explain the problems? For example I have a rule redirecting /produit/daniel-hunter/ to https://hautlescours.fr/produit/pascal-giudicelli/ which doesn’t work.

Here is the answer I got from Tribe:

Unfortunately, due to the complexity of the Events post type, they cannot be duplicated.
I’m sorry I don’t have better news,

But I find that Yoast Duplicate Post is still useful when duplicating unticketed non virtual events so I will continue to use it, hoping future updates keep it that way.

Thanks for you answer. I am pretty sure that Duplicate Post works well and that the issue is more with Tribe events which are complex posts with tickets and various meta data (organizer, virtual event staus…) I will see what people at Tribe think.

The Event Calendar plugin does a good job with creating capabilities for event creation: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/k/admin-roles-and-permissions/

But it seems, they are lacking for tickets created through Events Tickets plugin (used in conjunction with Event Calendar).
