Sorry that form was not working properly so I have removed it. Please use this full licence no 58fcfae2dbc6e which will work for 2 months which will enable you to trial xeroom. After that period the free licence should be working again properly.

Things to check: 1. Try a different email address as it will only allow one trial per email address. 2. Go to the debug page and see what the error message says and let me know.

In reply to: [Xeroom] If only I could delete a review…Hi – It sounds like you are trying to use the same keys that you created for the Woocommerce app for Xeroom. This won’t work unless you manually copy the .cer file that you used to create the keys in Xero into the xeroom\library\certs directory since they are an essential part of the communications keys.
If this still does not work then recreate the Xero keys and try again. If still not then let me know and I will investigate to see why.

I am sorry for the very late reply – I only just discovered that I was not getting emails from this site.
There was a bug that triggered in certain instances by an update in Woo. It is fixed in the latest update. Please let me know if you are still experiencing this issue.

This is likely to be incorrect Xero API keys as it appears that no communication is taking place with Xero. Did you follow the instructions given here? https://www.xeroom.com/installation-instructions/

This was resolved in a private email chain. For the benefit of others it was caused by a conflict with another plugin but you haven’t been able to identify which one. You disabled all of your plugins and then it worked ok.

Sorry for the late reply I was not getting emails from this site for some reason. This message usually occurs when the Xero credentials have not been created correctly. Note that the private and public keys files that you create must be placed in the cert directory on your server under the Xeroom directory. See https://developer.xero.com/documentation/api-guides/create-publicprivate-key

Sorry for the late reply, I wasn’t getting the support emails sent through.
The amounts posted from Woo are tax exclusive and Xero will add on the appropriate tax rate as defined in Xero. We are going to give the option to post tax rates from Woo in a future release as well as different tax rates for different products.
Yes there is a bug that causes the free licence to expire. Here is a free licence key for the full version that will run for until Nov 30th 2017 to tide you over. 58fcfae2dbc6e
