    Nice plugin thanks – I am in the same situation as Daniel – Since I upgraded to WP 5.5 and php 7.4 a few weeks ago my Updraft Plus backups have not completed, they run approx 1/3 of the way and then stop with no error messages. I realise that it can’t be due to your plugin as once the cron job is fired your plugin is not going to halt it, but based on your knowledge of cron jobs is there anything else you could suggest (I have the cron job that you suggest running every minute) or could my host maybe have done something?

    Hi Mike

    Xeroom doesn’t work on the multisite version of WordPress nor if you are using Zapier or other apps that connect to Xero using the Xero API keys which was the issue with the other guys on this incident. If that is not the cause then please create a new support ticket on our site as we have stopped using this forum now. https://www.xeroom.com\support\.

    Hi Vberry

    We have not tested Xeroom with this plugin and don’t have any plans to at the moment. We are making a change to force whatever the price is in the Woocommerce order to be posted that might solve it but beyond that it will be to do a manual adjustment in Xero to the invoice.

    Thank you Ross – I am pretty sure it was the conflict with the Zapier app as both were trying to connect to Xero with separate connections and which should in theory work but clearly doesn’t!

    I am glad you sorted and are up and running now.

    @jdembowski I wasn’t aware of that rule and was trying to assist Ross although I can see that someone with malintent could take advantage and it so makes perfect sense and will respect your rule in the future.

    However if after the standard troubleshooting measures fail to resolve an issue most plugin authors do resort to requesting a login to get to the bottom of a complex technical issue in my experience so you might want to think about a secure way of enabling that to happen.

    Sorry Jake I didn’t realise that you had spent time and tried a few things to resolve it – I have made the issue much clearer on the installation section as older versions of the ioncube loader will not run the download version from WordPress. I have put a separate version on the installation page that will work.

    Hi – That is due to the ioncube encoder not being installed on your server since Xeroom is encrypted and needs to be unencrypted to use it. Please ask your host to check if it is installed (it is free and most hosts use it) and if so what version no it is and also what php version number you have and let me know. Xeroom has been encoded to work with php 5.6 -7.2.

    PS How can you place a review when you have not even installed Xeroom let alone used it? What sort of web developer cannot even be bothered to read the support forum or installation notes to resolve an issue?

    Hi Ross

    Shipping costs can be either the same as the main sales account or a dummy account. Examples of Xero codes are given on the installations instruction page here https://www.xeroom.com/installation-instructions/ . For no sales tax then you have a choice of any tax method in Xero that is zero rated see here for examples https://prntscr.com/j84wds.

    For the benefit of others there were some settings missing including the tax method, shipping charges and the bank account was set as the bank ac number instead of the Xero code. A o in debug means that the settings are wrong.
