Hi Pierre, since we are a Cloudways Partner I had a lot of ping pong with Cloudways and got it up and running. In my opinion it’s a very Cloudways specific the setup we have now. But it’s working well. The “Cache is full.” we can ignore. Thank you for checking this ticket. Best, Pak Kriss

in a customer online shop:

if theme override is disabled, then no changes on related products on product site. Theme generated related products stay in place.

If theme override is enabled, it’s visible, but looking a little bit strange. Slider do not “work” at all.

Since it’s based on the paid Porto theme please let me know how I can provide access details.

Here some feedback from the All Inclusive SEO plugin Senior Developer which may help you too:

I had a quick look at your site and it looks like your multisite is actually configured as a subdomain installation, but it doesn’t identify as one.
I assume that has to do with the hosting company you’re using (Closte). There’s nothing I can think of that we can do to automatically detect this, but I’ve added a filter hook so that you can make AIOSEO think you’re using a subdomain configuration.

1. Install the beta build that you can download here
2. Can you install the Code Snippets plugin so that you can add the following code network-wide –

add_filter( ‘aioseo_multisite_subdomain’, ‘__return_true’ );

If that works, I’ll make sure that we get this filter into the next update.`

That looks good. I was actually mistaken – this filter is going to be included in the 4.1.8 update (not the previous release), which coincidentally is going out later today.
Can you first update to the new version when it is released before you check if it’s working?

Re-2) How about this: If currency is XYZ then apply discount.

This make sense for shops with multiple currencies and different promotions across world or currencies.

Currently the shipping countries is “misused” for this

Just an idea for you

Site ID 1 -> tools.php?page=redirection.php&sub=site “Relocate Site” -> “Relocate to domain:” “https://domain.tld/” works perfect – no errors

e.g. Site ID 3 same setup, but after tools.php?page=redirection.php&sub=site “Relocate Site” -> “Relocate to domain:” “https://domain.tld/” all Redirect Plugin APIs returning errors and redirect setup cannot be undone anymore. Plugin disabled was the only option to get rid of the now permanent redirection settings with errors of the Redirection Plugin.

It’s neither a subdirectory nor a sub-domain on the site IDs where we wanna manage the robots.txt.

Maybe it was setup in subdirectory mode, but meanwhile different domains used by different site IDs.

Maybe this is not implemented yet at your end, since the notification in the sub site ID is already wrong regarding the correct domain naming.

Please let me know if you wanna check this via a login.

If I visit a subsite …./wp-admin/admin.php?page=aioseo-tools#/robots-editor then there is no robots.txt editor available. Only the Preview “Open Robots.txt” button

Below it says: This site is running in a sub-directory of your main site located at https://domain.tld. Your robots.txt file should only appear in the root directory of that site.

And BTW it’s not showing up the right domain.tld of site id 1 in this notice

So how to enable the sub site robots.txt editor?

Meanwhile we can see the auto-populated White List IP coming from WP Rocket:

I don’t use the plugin you mentioned.

I use WooCommerce standard Import Export available at Products List page, which works usually very well

Hide Completely – This option will completely hide restricted products and product variations from your store (including a direct link)

Why you recommend to make it visible in the catalog?

What is the point I miss ??

Re-cap / conditions for the dev:

• Product has country restrictions NOT to display in “Indonesia”
• WPML/website display language is “Indonesia”
• WooCommerce Geolocation IS NOT “Indonesia”

=> Product is not visible (which is totally wrong)

we have similar issues and we think we can reproduce the issue as follow:

Website main WPML language is English, additional languages are French and Indonesian.

If a product has country restrictions NOT to display in Indonesia
AND if WPML/website display language is Indonesia
AND if WooCommerce Geolocation IS NOT Indonesia,

then the products will not show up, but it should be visible.
