Maybe this isn’t the fastest way, but if you go to your Dashboard, under “Pages” click “All Pages” and the pages will be listed. Go to your page, roll over the title and select “Quick Edit.” At the top right under “Templates” there is a box that says “Allow Comments” uncheck it and the comment section disappears
