I started experiencing this right after the update as well. It only happens on some images.

I deleted all inactive plugins, but that didn’t fix it.

I don’t have the WordPress Firewall 2 plugin installed. Do you have any idea of what functionality in that plugin that was causing the trouble?

I’d prefer not to have to deactivate plugins on a live site, but I will if I have to.

We are experiencing the same issue. Thanks very much for the heads up. Everything is working now that we deactivated smush.it.
