In reply to: Header is broken. I think…I saw a blog I liked and it was wordpress. So I signed up for a wordpress account and it recommended a host. I didn’t do anything with FTP, unpacking, or archiving. I don’t even think I uploaded anything to my server. It was plug and play.
I have no idea what is going on. Now I am getting the idea that what I signed up for is not really plug and play.

In reply to: Header is broken. I think…This may sound really ridiculous but I have no idea what most of what you just said means. I don’t know how to “unpack” , no idea what the “archive: is, don’t know how to “upload to server”.
Is this layman’s terms and I am totally clueless and how do I figure this out?

In reply to: My site is a blank white screen. My host says it is Header issueI tried to re-install it. Looks even worse. I am really frustrated. This is the second time I have had my site trip out. I have only had it for a week or two. Is this normal? Do the sites just break down like this?
