Yes, this happen when I update to the 2.2.2,
On the email setting (the password reset one) i juste let {password_reset_link} on the button linkAll others email’s buttons links work

The issue is The “:” after the https is missing on the links

When you open an image, or any other type of file, the file is served directly to the user’s web browser. There is no page in which to add CSS to.
