When an agent creates a ticket on behallf of a user, will the first message be registered as the agent?

Thanks a LOT for the upgrade with translations. It’s a BIG help.
I already upgraded and checked some email types. Most strings are translated perfect, but a few are missing:
Customer New Account:
* “You can access your account area to view your orders and change your password here:”Customer Invoice:
* “Order Details”
* “Order number:”
* “Order date:”Customer Processing Order:
* “Order Details”
* “Order number:”
* “Order date:”This strings are already translated in WooCommerce but are not shown in the email customizer or at the send preview.

Some more information about this issue:
* We are not using any translation plugin. WooCommerce shows perfect all the string in our language (spanish) at the front and back end.
* No multilingual site is being used.
* I think @charliecat is correct. Kadence WooCommerce Email Designer is using their own strings and not the ones translated by WooCommerce.Is there any way we can manually translate these texts for Kadence WooCommerce Email Designer?

Awesome plugin!
We are having the same issues with translations for strings like Product, Quantity, Order Details, etc.
The preview email received and the email editor appear with english strings. We haven’t made real purchases to receive the automatic processing email.
Is there any way we can edit this texts? We need them in Spanish.

Thanks for your help. We installed a plugin to check the cron manager. We only see mailchimp_user_sync_run and mc4wp_refresh_mailchimp_lists. But we don’t see mailchimp_sync_process_queue.
Could there be an issue? We are using the latest versions.

We are looking if Bookly can help us with our hospital. We have 5 doctors (employees) and we offer just 2 services.
Also, we only have 3 rooms where the patients are cared for.
So, right now, our patients can choose a service and then a doctor (perfect). But how can they choose a room? There can’t be 2 doctors in the same room at the same time.
