I’m sorry, I meant the Media Library.

That was one of the first things I tried (creating separate headers parts). It did not work. Any changes to one header navigation menu changed it in all headers.

I also tried saving the Navigation Menu as a reusable pattern, but again, as soon as I tried creating another Navigation menu, it changed the saved one!

Any other suggestions?

I don’t understand. Which categories block?

The table is not in the WordPress database.

I took Muhammad’s code and inserted it in the “Additional CSS” area and it worked.
