I can confirm the same issue but i use php 5.6

I realized I had a problem files are jQuery Templates
I fixed that but image nit showing in amp page like other lazy plugins

I activated the plugin, but there was no change in the image

and that :
Activate the plugin does not cause failure of displaying images in amp pages ?

in post-rating-desplay.php in line 118 :

$aio_ratings_meta .= '<meta itemprop="ratingValue" content="'.get_post_meta($ratings_post_id,'aio_total_rating',true).'" />';

must changr to :

$aio_ratings_meta .= '<meta itemprop="ratingValue" content="'.get_post_meta($ratings_post_id,'aio_average_rating',true).'" />';';

also add this :
<meta itemprop="worstRating" content="1">

i use two single.php tamplate

but showing button not problem i will add it manually
