Hello. Thank you for replying. I do not want to remove the image, I just want to remove the excerpt from my RSS feed and leave the image and hyperlink to my site. How do I do that? This photo is from my feed reader, Inoreader. My site feed is there but my feed shows a post excerpt. I want my feed to show up like this one.

Hi. I am not using a template. THis feed comes automatically from wordpress to create the RSS. I changed my settings in wordpress to excerpt but I want the excerpt removed from my RSS feed. I see many other sites do this. How do I do it?

Thank you for taking time with me. Yes. I was so excited I didn’t take the screenshot before I posted. I have excerpts for all posts. I don’t understand why the excerpt isn’t showing on social media like your example did. I always include a post excerpt. I checked my yoast plugin to see if I could enable excerpts but I don’t see it anywhere.

YES! I followed all instructions, including force slash and it ALMOST worked like the image you showed. Only the meta description is now showing. Here is my evidence.

Hi. This is not resolved. I did everything you said. I checked my yoast settings to ensure open graph was enabled. I clicked Open graph onmy post settings in WP buffer. But when I did a test posting to Facebook, it still looks the same without the meta date or case for the post. Anything else I can do?

Guess what it was? I went under screen elements at the top of the CMS and I did not have the AUTHORS tab checked for some reason. I clicked the box and it showed up!

Yes. I have classic editor plugin installed and I do not have that option.

I just completely deleted the WordPress install and reinstalled a fresh version 2 weeks ago.

I installed the plugins one by one.

My issue is- As an Admin, I can not change the photos on the profiles. Members are reporting that they can not upload photos. I can upload a photo as a member or as an admin but

1) The photo uploaded is off centered and shows a black box instead of the photo.

2. I can not change the photo at all once one has been uploaded. I used a fake photo just to test it and now I can’t change the photo.

I wish this wasn’t an issue. I just want to use the site and have my members enjoy.
