Ok. I deactivated Photon and things are looking ok again.

htrex, what does it mean to Automattic check this problem?
I’m reluctant to delete Jetpack, reinstall and have all of the setting reset.

I’ll ad my voice to those who are having this problem.

I just checked and noticed that I simply reverted back to JetPack.
Seems strange that sharing plugins have been tough to get working. I’ve downloaded several and ended up with JetPack.

A couple were incompatible with the Suffusion theme. Hupso has sent me a patch for Suffusion and I’m going to give that a try.

I’ve been disappointed with the support, and I appreciate that you stepped in to help where you can.

In the 2 days since I last posted, I found another haring plugin. I disabled Jetpack and Flare still wasn’t working. But I decided that my site needed some kind of sharing buttons so, I installed something else. and re-enabled Jetpack. Maybe I’ll revisit Flare another time. I definitely like the way it looks and functions (when it’ functioning properly).

I also use Suffusion and this plugin blanked out my excerpts.

Suddenly Flare isn’t showing up consistently for me either.

I’ve got no JetPack services enabled. Flare still isn’t acting right except on my home page.

I found it.
In the dashboard in the sidebar there is “Sort FAQs.”

This initially looks like a hassle because I have to go manually move these items, but I like this better than something that automatically adds the newest post to the top of the list.

With my list limited to 7, I can do a mix of the newest FAQs and the best FAQs.

RESOLVED

One request: can the Sort section be set up in 2 columns? As I add more to the list, it would be easier to move things around if there was more visible on the page without scrolling.

Still wondering what “back-end” is being referred to.

Can you direct me to the “back-end”? Are you saying I go to the FAQ Manager editor for the drag-&-drop sort?

I got the list to shorten. Now it’s even more important to get the list reversed.

This sounds like what happened to me. I’ve started building more posts in Live Writer and copying the HTML into WordPress’ editor. All has gone well with that method.

I took the code and pasted it into Live Writer.
Fixed everything in Live Writer and pasted that code over the stuff that wasn’t acting right.

All is good now. (I just wish I knew what went wrong.)
