We use PMS for subscriptions. WC subscriptions are disabled. Either way just showing the standard wordpress user email should do the trick?

Was able to narrow it down to memcached. When memcached is turned off, the password reset works fine. The hosting support team advised that this should be taken into account by plugin developer. i.e. password reset should bypass memcached. Is this something you can look at as a priority, as memcached is essential for site performance.

False alarm. This was due to a cron issue on the website. However would it be possile for the plugin no notify admin when payments fail to process due to site issues a.k.a cron not working.

There is only one shortcode on the page. In fact this is the only thing the page contains:

Do you have an ETA? We had to stop new user registrations on our site because of this issue.

If anyone can post an interim fix in the php code that would be highly appreciated!
