if you are really stuck with simplexml on your host .. try our latest plugin: feed-monster
it will load various networks and now also includes clickbank

the max-execution time is not a problem. Our plugin resets the counter after every product.

HOWEVER, there are some hosts that simply cannot support simplexml while their php info says it is installed.
If you happen to be stuck on a stubborn host you can now use our latest datafeed plugin : FEED-MONSTER .. it will load clickbank without needing simplexml (but is does use cURL).

your remarks are incorrect.

The script actually runs a randomizer and based on a random number it will show a different ID in approx. every 4th hit. Naturally since this is a randomizer it may happen that it won’t show another ID for 10 times, and maybe sometimes it may show another ID twice in a row.

This is easily verified by people who know their PHP, furthermore this is clearly spelled out in the text.

We clearly state that this plugin uses a parser that is normally part of PHP. In certain server configuration settings this parser may be turned off or may not be available. We do not have the resources to go in to everyone’s server and check settings. You can install the free version right here at www.remarpro.com and see if things work before you commit to a (dirt cheap) commercial version.

Either way, if you really cannot get it to work and accidentally got the commercial version we’ll refund you as was stated above. We’re not getting rich on these plugins, we’re just trying to get paid a little bit to keep our servers running.
