Got it. Thanks for the quick response.

I updated the plugin and it does fix the loading problem but we’ve lost all of our “Likes.”

We had several posts and pages that had garnered many Likes and after updating they’re all back to 0, every one of them.

Is there any way to restore them or insure that when the plugin updates this doesn’t happen?

As a follow-up, while changing the shortcode does fix the problem, it also looses all “Likes” that had accumulated.

Is there any way to save the Likes or will they be permanently lost by updating the plugin?

Same problem here.

New install today and I’m experiencing the same problem: “There was an error getting an API…”

Disabled all other plugins and still nothing.

Don’t know if this matters but the server this website is on is running Windows.

I added that line to the end of the the config file, logged in, ran another backup and got the same error. Here’s the log file:

David, is there typically anything contained in the complete log file that should make me skeptical about posting the whole thing here? There appears to be some hosting info that makes me a little worried…or should I relax and Pastebin it?

Having the same issue. I checked the log file and it’s probably too big to post here (1897 lines long) but did see the following ZIP errors:

0075.574 (0) Binary zip: error (code: 15)
0075.579 (0) The attempt to close the zip file returned an error (). List of files we were trying to add follows (check their permissions).

Toward the end it says:

3081.669 (2) There were no errors in the uploads, so the ‘resume’ event (3) is being unscheduled

and the last line is:

3082.115 (2) The backup apparently succeeded (with warnings) and is now complete

Does this mean the backups are not working as expected? Just need to make sure I can restore from this backup in the event of a failure. Let me know if you’d like me to email the whole log file.
