I just want to be able to refresh my feed
Done, same 502 error
So we have established:
22nd December added g:shipping to the feed configurations attribute
This broke the feed
I have deleted the row from the attributes, saved the feed config and tried to run it again but it still crashed
When I create a new feed it processes
So despite me deleting the attribute from the main feed, it is still trying to call it
I cannot disable shipping rates because our whole platform relies on that being active, we just need to get the main feed to stop trying to call any shipping info
Hi
We have a lot of rules because we are a marketplace
Typically it is like this:
rule name vendor A
If basket below £25 then shipping = 3.90
If basket great then £25 then shipping = freeEven though I have deleted this rule from the feed it is still trying to call it. Can you tell me how to fully delete it from the feed first so then at least I can update product and stock status
Hi,
it was g:shipping then matched to shipping
This is definitely the issue as I have created a new feed and it is in the middle of processing
I have deleted the shipping rule from the main feed but it still seems to want to call it. I have deleted/cleared cache/deactivated then reactivated the plugin but it still seems to want to call this “shipping attribute”, despite me having deleted it from the feed
Is there another cache for the plugin somewhere?
It did start suddenly happening when I tried to add shipping costs to the feed. This error also indicates that it is trying to get a shipping cost and failing

4.8
here is the error for the manual refresh
If I am going to setup a cronjob through crontab -e to refresh every 12 hours what would the correct command be? i.e.
PATH=/bin:/usr/bin:/usr/local/bin */1 * * * * wp cron event run –due-now –path=/app/public/ –allow-root > /app/public/wp-content/cron.log 2>&1
here is a bit more of a breakdown of the error
Hi,
The only firewall we run is wordfence, which is currently switched off
I have enabled logs for the plugin – where can I find the error logs if I try to manually refresh again – or will this not show as an error
Hi
On stagging I have installed woocron and cron is successfully active:
Does cronjob effect a manual refresh as a manual refresh also doesnt work

Morning
I have tried it on our staging site with only woocommerce and product feed pro enabled and it still won’t trigger
Would I be able to give you our login credentials to have a look?
thanks
Hi,
I appreciate that it’s Christmas eve but I could really do with your support on this as our feed is not getting more and more out of date
thanks
I have restored a copy of Dec 21st to our staging site and the plugin refreshes correctly there.
I have had a look and made sure that the plugin version, woocommerce version and the WordPress version are now the same on stagging and live and live still wont refresh
The only difference is that online I tried adding the g:shipping to the field mapping (which has now been removed)
