Hi there
thank you so much for providing a solution for this, great support!
On process side, I have the plugin installed and checked the box. How do I tell the Stripe product which PDF file to stamp and provide the link on the thank you page? Just want to make sure I understand how this integration work for stamping corresponding PDF file.
I can also use a separate product and a corresponding thank-you page for each of the products to make the download link generation easier. I own 3 PDF stamper licenses and use your plugin on 3 sites.
Still need to figure out a way to catch those Accept Stripe Payment (ASP) checkout variables after a successful form submission, feed them into PDF stamper PHP snippet to generate a Link, and then echo that link with back to thank-you page along with other checkout confirmation information.
Thanks a bunch!
HI Andrew
thanks for your reply.
I saw issue under Memberships > Reports > Monthly.
When I look at the Monthly, for some reason it is counting a membership payment that was never processed with a token status (Paypal Express abandonment). When I go into Sales and Revenue report, it shows up there too with the bar chart.
Additionally, two more items:
1. it would be nicer to see recurring payments separately from the initial payments (filter and/or a stacked bar graph with Initial vs. recurring). I notice that PMPro knows the payment_intent.succeeded for Stripe and likewise for PayPal Express).
2. Cancellation reason ($reason) add-on to come through in the payment cancellation from PMPro to Zapier. It seems that Cancellation reason is not being passed over to PMPro core cancellation process (I have cancellation reason add-on installeD).
thanks
Hi there
anyone home?
Hi there
thanks. I just submitted the contact form with the relevant information.
Appreciate your help to make it happen.
Hi there
Any response here?
Hi there
Any response here?
HI there
thanks for your reply. See my responses below.
1. I read the docs before opening the ticket. Online sales tax is applied if the buyer and seller are colocated in a State as I mentioned earlier with the California example. Your plugin needs to have an option for sellers to enter their home state or states, once they do that, the plugin should only apply Tax to customers that happen to be in that state (or states). This is how Woocommerce works. Without that option, tax processing is useless. For example, If seller is located in the US and the buyer is located in Canada, obviously there will be no sales tax since Buyer is NOT a resident of the US. I hope that’s clear.
2. Thank you. Got it.
3. When you checkout with stripe, you can use overlay, embedded forms or stripe payment pages (checkout.stripe.com/…). My question is, why does your plugin NOT support strip payment pages. see example below.
https://demo.wpsimplepay.com/stripe-checkout/
4. One more question. I currently use your PDF Stamper plugin, is there a way to also sell stamped PDF using your Stripe plugin? E.g. let’s say I want to sell paperback books (hard copies) as well as PDFs as two variations under one product, is that possible?
Hi
Thanks for your reply. I would suggest to use a better alternate than to repeat the field twice on the same page, optimized checkout form/page is so crucial for conversion.
Can you please share CSS code to remove/hide those fields? I am definitely more interested in hiding the second occurrence of the discount code field within the “payment information” section.

This issue is not even understood correctly, let alone Resolved. Please check in.
Hi Kim
thanks for your detailed reply, but that’s not the problem I raised. Here is what’s happening.
0. I have a trial plan priced for free ($0).
1. a customer starts a free trial by filling up the checkout form and hitting ‘submit and confirm”.
2. customer is redirected to membership confirmation page. For some reason, customer is unable to find what they think they are looking for so they hit browser back button to go back to checkout form (that’s what they see this screen : https://ibb.co/vZnpB54)
3. customer hits ‘submit and confirm” again, and goes back to the membership confirmation page.
4. customer cycles through this n times, upon each checkout, PMPro creates a new order # and it continues until customer stops.I am sorry, but to me, it is insane to allow a customer (defined by a combination of a unique WP userid and email address) checkout same membership plan (free or paid) more than once. This is something that needs to be addressed within PMPro core, we already have all the info we need to do the right thing!
thanks
For your reference.
https://ibb.co/rFyG6msanybody home? It would be awful if my e-commerce website or 80,000+ active installs suffer a “free” plan or Order denial of service that takes down their PMPro as well as zaps up their Zapier quota!
Please look into it, no reason why there should be repeated orders from same person (Unique WP ID and email) for a given PMPro Level. ??
Since I have Zapier integration, all these PMPro duplicate orders get amplified via my Zapier/automation workflow and consume paid/precious tasks/operations quota that is allowed to me based on my subscription plan.
Please disallow repeat checkouts by one WP user ID and/or unique email address for a given PMPro Plan, and if that will take time to implement, I’d definitely de-dupe HTTP POSTs to Zapier webhook(s) so a customer doesn’t end up losing paid ops per month limit on Zapier or similar other platforms.
Thanks a bunch….
From today, Nov 7 2019. Free trial plan checked out thrice by one user (unique WP user ID and email address). I am not sure if user is actually checking out that many times, or if he’s just pressing refresh on the confirmation page. Please note that each Order line item has unique Code.
