Personally, I found that installing WordPress on a local computer is very difficult. You are better off trying to set up the WordPress on a hosted server. These servers are configured properly and not hacked.

So you really didn’t goto the site? You just did a Pingdom test?

This error mean the server is not setup right

try deleting the images directory
