@aamahin That’s really odd… I’m afraid I can’t share the URL as I’ve since switched to a different plugin for managing events as I simply don’t have the time to debug this. I lost 2 days on it already trying to narrow it down as I assumed it was something in my own theme or one of my plugins which had caused the issue, however I just couldn’t find anything which would cause it.

I still have the staging site backed up which has this issue on it, so once the final dev is done, I’ll look into restoring that on a test server and revisit this. Mostly, I’m curious as to what has gone wrong.

@shahel I’m not. There’s no membership functionality on the site at all, outside of some contributors which are all set up manually by the admins

None of those changes made any difference.

I’ve spotted in the JS console that the submit script is failing. I get a resource unavailable message after a few seconds, and the upload hangs.

I’m a little lost as to why this is happening. When it does fail, there’s nothing in the PHP error log to even point me in the right direction.

I’ve set the upload size using htaccess as it stands, and the upload size is set to 1Gb. It’s reported as 1Gb in the media upload tool, so the change has reflected in WP.

I am running mod_secure, but I’ve not fine grained the configuration.
This is on a dev environment so I don’t really need it enabled (the whole thing is behind a firewall and NAT), so I’ll try disabling that in the morning and see if it resolves it.
