    Sure. I will explain. Thank for try help me.
    I did this way.
    – Installed WooCommerce.
    – I did configuration the zone “Rio de Janeiro” to Free Shipping
    – Not appear on checkout
    – I dont saw any errors
    – I tested the changes and nothing was changed.
    – I did a update to WooCommerce 2.6.3 right now and the problem persist

    Observation. I watched the video who Claudio Sanches made in portuguese.
