I’m using Flatsome theme
I did get an email but the website works as usual, there was nothing wrong on the website except the message in the plugin dashboard.
I attach the email here and I removed the full domain name (replaced it with @@@)

The plugin was the latest version (1.8). I also tried to roll-back to 1.7.1 but in both scenarios the plugin settings screen will not let me click anything, while other WP dashboard options all work as usual.
I also revoked the token as you requested but it’s the same in both version.

I figured it out!!
My site is RTL so the dashboard displays the min & max field in opposite order. Sorry to bother you and thank you again for your kind support

On my end the customized results only show when using exact values. For example, for a 61 points score the range 60-62 doesn’t show the customized result and instead displays the default message.
To add to the previous message, the plugin doesn’t show the results that I defined based on the points range and instead just shows the default results. When I use exact values and not range it does show the right result.
Disabled all plugins and switched to a default theme but still behaved as explained above.
Same here and can’t find a way to translate it (our shop doesn’t operate in English so it’s really problematic sending the invoice to the customer like this).

I’m also experiencing duplicate emails being sent both from the contact form & when a customer places an order.
We only started using stripe in late 2017.
The plugin works for us properly now after we changed the Statement descriptor to English like Royho suggested (used to work in Japanese as well before).
