Yes the plugin seems to work and the page is not optimised but still I can see the unexpected token from the console. It must be an issue with the siteorigin builder.
How would I fix the issue with siteorigin if that is the case?

I added strong-testimonials/public/ to the exclusion list and now my exclusion list looks like this:
admin-bar.min.css,strong-testimonials/public/
Am I doing this right?

We had to use an alternative.
We asked our WHM to direct all our non existing static pages like html,php etc. to a custom made 404 page that resembled our genesis 404 page.
