In reply to: [OSD Social Media Sharing] Translating?That would be great.
I went ahead and corrected the grammar issue, thank you for pointing that out. You should now have the line for email using the word ‘by’. Let me know if that works please.

In reply to: [OSD Social Media Sharing] Translating?pouipouidesign,
I just got back to this request. So sorry about the delay. I added what I think should give you the ability to translate that line. If you send me back your translation I will put it in the lang file and update the plugin again. Please test to make sure all is correct and let me know.
Thank you for your patience.

In reply to: [OSD Subscribe] Some subscribers are not active?We are no longer adding features to this plugin because sending emails from a WordPress install is considered bad practice. We have another plugin in OSD Subscribe’s place called “OSD Mailchimp Forms”. OSD Mailchimp Forms leverages free (or paid) mailchimp accounts to create/manage email subscriber lists and send newsletters.

In reply to: [OSD Subscribe] Some subscribers are not active?If the user resubscribes, OSD Subscribe will send them another confirmation email (it knows they have tried subscribing before). There is no way for an administrator to resend this confirmation email.

In reply to: [OSD Outdated Browser] Doesn't workBonnie,
Make sure you add the OSD Outdated Browser Widget to a widget area as described in the instructions. Otherwise, it will not appear anywhere.Forum: Plugins

In reply to: [OSD Social Media Sharing] Media SharingPollet Mohsen,
Please be more specific. What exactly is not working? Are you wanting to be able to share photos instead of pages? If so, that was not the design of OSD Social Media Sharing. OSD SMS is meant to share pages of a website. If you are experiencing a different issue, please let us know and we will try to get it resolved quickly.

In reply to: [OSD Social Media Sharing] Tumblr and count ?Noaneo,
You can add a custom link on the settings page. The URL to put in will be:The reason we don’t include the counters is because that requires loading a lot of JavaScript which slows down the page load speed a lot. We don’t feel that showing counters is worth the performance hit on page load speed (especially for mobile). It’s this ridiculous loading of javascript that caused us to develop this plugin in the first place. For example, just putting in Tumblr’s share button code adds 41 network requests for an average total of 3.71 seconds added to page loading.

In reply to: [OSD Blog Search Widget] huge magnifying glassThe magnifying glass image is a SVG image (Scalable Vector Graphic). SVGs have no intrinsic width or height as they can scale to be any size. Some browsers will simply keep scaling the image up until it can’t any more (this is the issue you are experiencing). OSD Blog Search comes without CSS but the issue can be simply remedied with the following.
#osd-search-submit {
display: inline-block;
width: 25px;
height: 25px;
}As this is not really a support question and more of a styling question. You might find stackoverflow.com or many other similar sites to be more helpful and faster to reply.
I hope this information was helpful. Good ratings are always appreciated.

In reply to: [OSD Social Media Sharing] Images not showing when posting to facebookMichmorgan01,
Thank you very much for the URL. That was extremely helpful. After looking at your site, we discovered that your og:image meta tag is set to the gray man picture. og:image is the Open graph image that a majority of social media outlets use to determine the main image to display when sharing. It seems that your theme or another plugin is causing this issue. If you change your og:image meta tag, scrapers will be able to get the correct image. I hope this information is helpful!
