yoramzara, Thank you for the feed back / suggestion. As well as being in English, the button is also an image located in YOURTHEME/images/search.svg. If you have an image there it will appear as the submit button.
In the future it is possible that I may change the plugin to be completely customizable as far as the text and button, but for now I use this solely for my clients sites and I thought it would be nice to share, as well as use WordPress to handle updates. Having said that…. I will definitely consider making these changes, it will just be when I have a moment to revise client sites to accommodate this update as well.
