Have you selected the post type under ‘Protected Content Packages->General Options’, also currently this plugin supports only one custom post type pages.

Can you add these, in the General Options page -> Classes for Buttons to trigger required field alerts

.single_add_to_cart_button,.checkout-button,#place_order

and save once.

Its your theme issue, There’s an opacity value for p{opacity:0.4}, you have to override using custom css,

Appearance → Customize → Additional CSS add this,

p.form-row {opacity: 1;}

Not sure what you refer to as the quick view order screen, can you add the screenshot, also now you can update the plugin and see if this issue is resolved. Regards.

Thanks for pointing this out, I think this is due to ajax load, I am debugging this and will update you today, by the way can you try different location option for this checkbox, if that suits you.
