Hello @elviiso,
I removed the css after days of being unable to fix it because I couldn’t leave the gallery looking like that for everyone browsing on their mobile devices. I’ve put it back and cleared the cache. You’ll see now how it looks as described in the original post: https://prnt.sc/J_Q4H8igVM1z
Looking to remove the white space but unable to target these classes that seemingly affect that space: https://prnt.sc/MmfrKh0UKKuc
If there is no way to set a different “Row Height” and “Max Row Height” for mobile viewing, can you please tell me how to duplicate the gallery? The collection features many images that are mixed throughout our media library over the years with no easy way of reselecting them all.
Hello Elvis. Here is the site. It’s currently set to 250 and 380. I’ve tested using smaller #s for mobile and they fits/fills the screen display better. But smaller #s make it too small for desktop display.

Yes the cache is cleared. I think I found the conflict – when I temporarily disabled the plugin “Advanced Shipment Tracking for WooCommerce” the personalized message in the Customer Completed Order email returned. When I enabled the plugin again, the default message reappeared.
The code between the two plugins are clashing somehow. Would you happen to know a solution for this? Otherwise, do you recommend another Woocommerce shipping tracker that is compatible? (browsing through the other plugins either have bad ratings or low active installations)
Experiencing the same issue. Running version 1.5.7 with no translation plugins. Theme is Hello Elementor. As @saitoworks mentioned, the other templates seem to work as intended.
Email Type: Customer Completed Order
Body Text: our customized message is pasted in the box, but will not update from the default “We have finished processing your order”. It used to work, not sure why it doesn’t anymore.Forum: Plugins

In reply to: [WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway] API Keys Not SavingSupport poked around the site and found the following error:
[0] => cURL error 7: Failed to connect to api.stripe.com port 443: Connection refused
They said it could be the server’s firewall blocking the API or it could be related to mod_security module. Anyway, I contacted our host’s support team and relayed this info; whatever it was or whatever they did, it was fixed within an hour. A test sale went through successfully.

In reply to: [WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway] API Keys Not SavingIt couldn’t stay fixed for even one day ??
Everything seemed fine by the end of yesterday, the keys were enabled and we tested with a successful sale.
Today, that “Your customers cannot use Stripe on checkout…” message has returned.
When testing the connection, I get the message “We couldn’t connect.” with no additional information / error messages. The keys that are saved are the new ones that I struggled getting to save yesterday. I think the actual problem has something to do with the connection…
What are the next steps towards solving this once and for all?

In reply to: [WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway] API Keys Not SavingThe last time we had a failed log was January 30th due to a card being declined. All of the logs listed under today’s date are given the status “200 OK”.
As I went to double check the second part of your message, it appears that the keys are now suddenly enabled. I was shocked to see this as I have not made any changes since my previous reply. I don’t know how the new keys got updated/saved, or what ultimately fixed this problem… but I hope it doesn’t fail again.

In reply to: [WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway] API Keys Not SavingAfter opening “Edit account keys” and inputting all the key information, I clicked “Test connection” in the bottom left corner (opposite to where “Cancel” and “Save live keys” buttons are). It tried connecting for a few seconds, then I get the message “We couldn’t connect.”
So it’s failing to save AND failing to test the connection.
