backup your database and run this command:

SELECT CONCAT( ‘DROP TABLE ‘, GROUP_CONCAT(table_name) , ‘;’ )
AS statement FROM information_schema.tables
WHERE table_name LIKE ‘wp_xxx_wsm%’;

please go the plugin main page > settings and un check the option “keep data after uninstalling the plugin”

please make sure that the .htaccess file permission is correct (it should be 755)

The error means that the plugin unable to read the file!

I think you have another problem that affects this feature. we suggest testing the plugin on another website or by disabling all other plugins, clear their cache and cookies and try again.
