I have been able to accomplish adding those two missing columns to the table.

But how can I fix this issue?

Is this possible with just CSS?

In that case, I am going to reach out to the Woocommerce team.

To me, it doesn’t make sense to have this just for screen readers.

So, the fact that the first two columns don’t have a header text, is also a Woocommerce issue?

Disabled the setting to disable comments after 14 days of post age.

Not really fast if you need to replicate items with several sub-items.
