What’s your problem exactly? It would be nice if you could express yourself in another way because your current comment is not quite clear.
Also, since your consider yourself as a developer so feel free to use programmer jargon.

After the 1.3 update the following image meta was generated by WordPress:

The file dimensions are the same from me in the filenames, database meta and the file. If you still have the issue we should arrange a real time chat so I can create a patch for that.

In order to clarify misunderstandings: This plugin will not prepend (add content at the beginning of a entry) thumbnails to your posts, pages. The plugin generates only the files on the server which you can use anywhere on your page (or in your code). For example if you install a new theme which uses custom thumbnail sizes in order to get thumbnails work perfectly you better regenerate your whole media library (you don’t want to display 1600×900 image if you only need 1000×800 because it would waste bandwidth).

This plugin is rather a developer plugin than a simple user plugin (excluding some scenarios). I hope we cover everything.

I checked the website and I do see thumbnails. On the homepage I can see images with 200×140 dimensions. It would be nice if you could be a bit more specific about your intentions so I could help you. How good are you good at coding?

The generating (and meta updating) process is made by WordPress. These kind of plugins basically triggers some WordPress functions to “force update”. I’ll check this issue in the next few hour.

You can change the default thumbnail size in your WordPress admin -> Settings -> Media. If you meant additional thumbnail sizes I have a good news for you: It’s is a planned feature and it will be released in a few day. Stay tuned my friend ??
