try to delete your .htaccess file and then go and set ur permalinks setting again so wp will regenerate it. (backup the file first)

I think it’s in the theme itself, does it appear only on your homepage? Where does it appear? at the top of the code or at the bottom?

It’s probably in your theme’s css file.
