Im not sure how to add a screenshot, it is asking for a URL for the image

Hi, Thank you for your reply. Please find attached screenshot of my order page and also of where i am attempting to change the name.

‘Your Ticket Genie Ltd’ is the name of my company, so its not a massive problem that it now says it in there but it used to say “Credit / Debit Card” which i think is more suitable.

Hi, Thank you for your email. I have tried changing the ‘NAME’ in the ‘Payment Methods’ but it just doesnt save it. So defaults back every time I leave the page. Do you have any other ideas? Thank you

Hi, thank you for your email.

I have 14mb of 1000mb used so it has plenty of storage space. Just tried to send an email from email client and it comes through fine with no problems.

Hi Adam,

Thank you for your reply, the “admin” and “sales” emails don’t work. I only created the “sales” one just to see if it would work if I created another one. I also tried adjusting the “sales” email in different ways to try to make it work but the “sales” email will be deleted once I get the “admin” working correctly. The “reply” email is all working correctly.

I have tested both the “admin” and “sales” email with different emails including a gmail account but still doesn’t work.

Email address is self hosted with hosting company.

I tested smtp with various emails including a gmail account, but everytime it would not work.
