Please post the solution. I’m also having the same issues after creating a new feed, reconnecting it and adding the new shortcode.

I’m having the same issue. Just stopped updating the feed.
I click on the Global Options but the button doesn’t work.
Plugin is up to date.
I am using a page builder but the shortcode is correct. Even tried regenerating it and didn’t help.

Thanks. I’ve only found 2 plugins that will bulk email users and neither of them currently work. I had to export users and user an external email platform to accomplish this. The client uses Ontraport but Mailchimp or any CRM would work.

Why is this marked as resolved? I have the same issue with Mailgun and it is not corrected.

I’m up to date too but I’ve never seen it in any version and the Help tab top right doesn’t give any more options.
Thanks for your help. I’m using Chrome to translate it back for now.

I’m not seeing a language setting in my user profile, just the main one under settings.

I finally realized that I had to translate WordPress to Finnish and then switch languages. That was easy but it took me a dozen articles for anyone to mention that. I was hoping to have WP admin in English with only plugins on the front end translated. Haven’t found a way to do that yet.

This is the first time I’ve used it and I”m not sure how their code base compares. I’m looking for another method.

I’ve now gone through 3 video player plugins and they all strip out the Other Options page.
Strange.

Found the conflicting plugin. It sucks because it worked before and there were updates for both plugins and after it didn’t work.
FYI, the plugin was Huge IT Video Player

The tool worked but didn’t fix the problem. Can I send you access and you can have a look. I’m a pretty decent coder but this has got me stumped.

I’ve used this plugin many times and never seen this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have also just updated wordpress and the plugin to the latest versions and my ‘Other options’ pages is blank. I can see the wordpress framework but the content in the middle grey area is completely missing.
All other tabs for the gallery work fine.
I tired uninstalling, deleting and reinstalling but no luck.
It has also effected the latest images uploaded and not resized them to the size I specified.
