Keep in mind that not all themes are child theme friendly.
It is possible that the theme you’ve used as parent tried to load files form the child theme that’s why it has crashed.

Also if you’ve copied functions from the parent theme and copied them into your child theme’s functions.php that would be another reason for the error.

Can you open a developer console within chrome by pressing F12 and check what’s there?
There might be a conflict with another plugin.

The links were there. We just added the review link because it’s more convenient for users to write a review about it.

Thanks for at least trying our plugin.

The latest update now shows to the right links to write a review, hire us etc – why and can these be removed?

I’ve now un-installed and stopped using this plugin because of the link additions being made.

I’m happy to support the developer, but these links are unwanted and make for a messy and annoying additional links.

We can’t fix a bug that we are not aware of.

Interesting idea about listing PDF files.

If you set the product price to 0 the CyberStore plugin will replace the Buy Now button with a Download button.

Maybe it’ll be a good idea to have a shortcode that lists all the free plugins that can be downloaded.

It should be doable this way (not tested for *side effects*).
update category -> product_cat in wp_term_taxonomy

UPDATE wp_term_taxonomy SET taxonomy = ‘product_cat’ WHERE taxonomy = ‘category’;

It is possible to look for an order that the user has made provided that the user didn’t use guest checkout.
