Thanks for your question. Basically, the popup will be shown only once for each user if the setting “The popup will appear a maximum number of ‘X’ times per visitor” is used and the time is provided. Our primary concern is that for SEO Zendesk is giving us virtually no traffic. We have a support section where we have common public question and answers that we have crafted carefully and would really like to get this content the visibility it deserves.
Is this possible with your plugin?
Just to confirm, your solution / plugin is NOT some external third party SaaS service? For seo purposes we need this on our own server.

First of all thank you for your feedback. We have fixed the issue with 1.1.7. version. Could you please update the OptiMonk plugin on the WordPress UI? If you need any help please don’t hesitate to contact us.

The plugin works in the trial period as well as it works in the paid version. WordPress verifies every plugin before it goes to public and OptiMonk has been confirmed. The description included the information that our service can be tried for 14 days for free and after it, the paid version starts from 29USD.
