what to do next? I updated all my plugins, theme and wordpress before I lose access to the admin and installed wordfence plugin too. But the problem was still there.

But, I cant access my admin right now. It was accessible earlier. When I downloaded > deleted (from server) > re uploaded the files from the root folder of WP installation, it stopped working, and now show the message ‘Fatal error: Call to undefined function nocache_headers() in /home/wwwmjssa/public_html/wp-admin/admin.php on line 33’

I really don’t know what to do to access my admin.
